From Karen Zarska Styer:

Okay, here’s the amazing report for today. Pastor Dan (Adventist Pastor) called for a meeting with me, him and Pastor Benjamin (Sunday Pastor).

With what work Pastor Dan has already done, and then all the meetings he has heard from me, and then the Holy Spirit pouring out when he was translating for me the wonderful message Jesus was giving, Pastor Dan, (the powerful evangelist that he is) asked in the most artful, creative way if Pastor Benjamin would be willing to consider becoming an Adventist Pastor, and leading his extended flock to the Adventist message!

Pastor Benjamin said that he was open to studying the truth and having Pastor Dan and me be his mentors and see what he could do. He said it would take a little while for him to bring his congregation around, but that he would be willing to move forward!

Then we all went down to the Conference office and spent time there and several hours with the Conference President. The conference office is located 1 hour drive south of Kitale.

A side note, the Conference President invited me to come back in June to do the Week of Prayer that they do at the beginning of the school year (which begins in June) at the College there. He said it is an “evangelistic campaign” that they do at the beginning of the year for all the non-Adventist students (which is a large percentage because of all the outreach they do to bring young people into their school for evangelism) and that 90% of the non-Adventist students get baptized before they graduate!

We are a group of mission-oriented people. Pastor Benjamin found us on YouTube from one of our sermons. He oversees a number of churches. They seek biblical truth and have thoroughly enjoyed Karen Zarska Styer's sermons about the experiential aspect of the heavenly sanctuary. Meg Smyth and Denetra Gary continued Karen's work for the next 10 days. Denetra focused more on the science of the brain and how it processes information while Meg focused on the experiential side of a walk with God. Curtis Delzell, an experienced missionary and evangelist, is currently with the lovely people of Kenya. They want continued Bible study as they seek a closer walk with Jesus.
