It has been raining like crazy, making all roads so muddy. We started our day dodging huge holes and craters in the roads that are challenging even in the dry season! With the torrential rains, we can’t tell whether an innocent mud hole is a crater big enough to swallow our car!
Not only do we fish tail back-and-forth all over the muddy roads but then we often slide up the side of the embankment on the OTHER side of the road! This time (Sabbath morning) we finally DID get stuck.
Elder Daniel who has been driving me around, is an absolutely amazing driver in this stuff! I should know because he drives like my dad did in the snows of Ohio and Pennsylvania. Daddy was the best driver in the snow!
BTW, elder Daniel and his wife are keeping me at their house. They are loving the cleansing message and are ready to pass it on!
With lots of prayer and encouragement, and tremendous effort on the part of the men, the Lord helped us to get unstuck and get to church!
