Pastor Benjamin joined us for supper and spiritual fellowship at Elder Elijah’s home. We had a wonderful time together. He has started reading my book, Who Can Stand, and wants to keep in touch with us through weekly Zoom meetings.

You may remember that pastor Curtis worked with pastor Benjamin and his elders for many months in 2019 (our 2nd trip). He now seems open to pursuing Adventist pastoral training at a seminary nearby. Pastor Elijah stated that he feels that pastor Benjamin is more humble before the Lord now. We really need to pray that he can come to a firm decision to become an Adventist minister.

You also may remember that pastor Benjamin is the one responsible for contacting MRM in 2018. As a result, we have had the privilege of sharing the Cleansing Message with the Adventist churches in NW Kenya in 2021 (our 3rd trip). We don’t want to see pastor Benjamin and his pentecostal churches left out! Time will tell if he chooses to move forward this time but he seemed most sincere.
On a side note, Pastor Dan’s daughter wanted to have a picture taken with me. She was going back to boarding academy today. She was very shy but we had gotten to be friends as we rode together to the meetings each day while her dad translated for me.

Their zeal and determination to share their messages are so commendable!
